IMPORTANT
ANNOUNCEMENT!
USPA
RELOCATES ADMINISTRATIVE
OFFICES TO
HOUSTON, TEXAS
The
U.S.-Panama Business
Council (USPA) has relocated its administrative
offices from Washington DC to Houston, Texas.
This decision was made following
the decision to open the Southwest Chapter which
includes Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma,
Colorado,
New Mexico and Texas with headquarters in
Houston, in
addition to the Southeast Chapter which includes
Alabama,
Mississippi, Florida, South Carolina, Tennessee
and Georgia with headquarters in Atlanta.
While
the establishment of policies and strategic
planning will remain
in Washington under the leadership
of the Board of Directors led by Major
Gen. (Ret.) Eugene Renzi, it
was felt that U.S.-Panama relations are entering
a new phase oriented
to investment and the promotion
of U.S. companies to establish in Panama.
The relocation of the Administrative offices led
by Juan
B. Sosa, President will allow the Council to
have a closer contact
with companies in these regions and a more
effective promotion program.
The
contact information
of the new office is:

MISSION
Strengthening the bonds
of cooperation between the United States & Panama and
creating business opportunities for business leaders of both
nations
The
U.S.-Panama Business Council (USPA) was created to foster
business opportunities and understanding between the two
countries, especially since the Canal administration transferred
to Panama, which has in effect changed the traditional
relationship. A truly bi-national organization, USPA has a
Chapter both in Panama and the United States with a fully
staffed office, and representatives from both countries serve on
its Boards.
